GHA series sandwich heating stainless steel temperature control test drum is an indispensable experimental equipment in modern leather production, mainly used for small batch and multi-variety test of various leather, so as to obtain good technology. It is suitable for the preparation, tanning, neutralization and dyeing of leather production.

Functional characteristics

1. The drum adopts advanced interlayer electric heating cycle device, the solution in the drum is completely separated from the heating medium in the interlayer, and the drum body can also be heated and constant temperature when it stops. Especially suitable for small liquid ratio test, the test data is accurate. The residual liquid and waste residue in the drum are completely cleaned, and the phenomenon of color flower and color difference in tanning is eliminated.

2, the drum adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and adopts chain transmission, stable operation, low noise.

3, the drum is equipped with the function of total working time, regular positive and negative rotation and one-way rotation, the total working time, positive and negative rotation time and intermittent time can be set respectively, so as to achieve continuous or intermittent operation of the drum.

4. The rotary drum adopts LCD computer controller and control heating system to realize automatic heating, constant temperature and accurate temperature control.

5, the drum observation window is made of transparent, high strength, high temperature tempered glass, which does not exist deformation and surface flower phenomenon.

6, the machine is equipped with washing door and sewage tank, waste water can be centrally discharged into the sewage tank, more in line with the clean production process.
